Sales Executive, Conference
You are responsible for marketing AviaMatch’s strategic executive conferences to senior executives in large corporations in aviation industry – around the world. You need to enjoy speaking on the phone with confidence to CXO level executives and possess excellent persuasive skills and good telephone manners.
You are a driven and highly self-motivated individual. You can envision your typical working day to be spent on the phone making outgoing calls and closing sales.
- Initiate new calls to generate interest with prospective customers
- Prospect and close sales of delegate tickets through the phone
- Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share
- Perform account searches on the internet leading to potential sales of conference tickets
- Assess prospect’s needs and document potential sales opportunities to account managers
- Log calls and update database accurately with prospect’s information
- Meet monthly sales targets and call quotas
- Present daily reports and other related performance feedback
- Review monthly hit rate and status report
- Diploma or Degree in business related field
- Min 1 to 2 years’ telesales experience
- Eloquent and customer-oriented
- Good spoken English is a must
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Technical Sales Support
- To understand company products’installation, function and implementation
- To understand customers’requirements through active approaching, cross-checking and modification of technical terms
- To deliver product demonstrations, installation and training in support of a sales team.
- To assist sales team to prepare offers to customers
- Response customer’s pre and after technical support via phone and onsite
- Response to represent the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc.
- Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.
- Keep records and reports on all sales activities

- Bachelor degree or above; major in electronics, mechanical engineering or automation etc.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sales for industry fields. Experience in aviation industry is preferred.
- Strong skills on negotiation, customer service, presentation, and managerial credentials
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese (English is a plus).
- Good computer skills (word, excel, e-mail etc).
- Willing to travel extensively throughout the sales territory
